This was just a simple shot, I asked the bride to do a 360 degree turnaround (slowly). This shot was obviously captured impromptu and came out very well. Even though this was a photojournalist shot, it was posed in the sense that the bride was placed in a position and directed to take a certain action. So yes, I think posed shots are very much in when done in this way.
